Terms of Service

Quotes

• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on the scope, access conditions, and information provided at the time. Additional work requested, or conditions materially different from what was disclosed, will be quoted separately before we proceed.
• All quote prices exclude GST unless the quote states otherwise.

Payment

• Standard payment terms are agreed in the quote. A deposit may be required before work starts on larger jobs.
• Final payment is due on completion unless net-terms have been agreed in writing.
• Overdue invoices may attract late payment interest at 1.5% per month or part month.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Jobs can be rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Later reschedules may incur a fee covering crew and equipment commitments.
• If you cancel a confirmed job after materials have been ordered or crews mobilised, we may bill for costs incurred to that point.

Site access and conditions

• You agree to provide safe, reasonable access for our crew and equipment at the scheduled time.
• Where building or MCST permissions are required, you authorise us to liaise with the relevant parties on your behalf where needed.
• If we discover hidden hazards (such as asbestos, undisclosed wiring, or structural damage), we will pause work, notify you, and agree the next steps before continuing.

Liability

We carry third-party public liability insurance for the works we carry out. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the job the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-use losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or any other matter that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the Singapore courts, or by mediation where both parties agree.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your job are those in force at the time your quote was issued.
