What we do, every day
Swimming pool waterproofing and tile repair, bathroom membrane works, PU injection for hairline cracks and joints, ceiling leak diagnosis, external wall coatings, balcony and rooftop membranes, planter boxes, and MCST common-area works. Since 2017, across HDB flats, condos, landed homes, MCST-managed buildings, and commercial property.
If water shouldn't be there, we find where it's coming from and stop it at the source.
The crew
Directly employed, WSH-trained, and bizSAFE-3 certified. Our team combines a diagnostic-first approach (moisture meters, dye testing, visual trace) with the trade craft to actually execute the fix: membrane, injection, coating, or chase-and-reseal.
How we work
- Free diagnostic visit. Moisture trace, visual inspection, dye testing where needed. You get the cause, not a guess.
- 48-hour water test. Nothing gets tiled back or handed over until the membrane holds water for two full days.
- MCST-ready paperwork. Notifications, resident coordination, and BCA contractor compliance, handled cleanly so approvals go through.
- The right fix, not the easy one. We won't PU-inject if the source is upstream. We won't rip up tiles if a chase-and-reseal will hold.
